Toll Aviation combines the operational and training expertise of Toll Helicopters, Toll Uncrewed Systems and The ACE Training Centre.
Toll Helicopters
With extensive experience in operations, helicopter maintenance and training, our staff are some of the most highly experienced and well-trained aviation professionals in the country.
We work with our clients to achieve their mission safely, on time and on budget every time. We lead the field in helicopter emergency medical services, search and rescue operations, airborne law enforcement, training and logistics support – often in remote, inhospitable and challenging locations. Safety is our obsession, we have an enviable safety record, with no accidents or major incidents throughout our operating history.
Our integrated team includes pilots, aircrew, helicopter engineers, safety managers, trainers, and inventory and aviation management specialists. We have extensive regional and global civil and military helicopter experience and Toll Helicopters is a proud veterans’ employer of choice.

Operating under a CASA - approved Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC), Toll Helicopters has extensive industry accreditations to deliver a wide range of helicopter services, such as:

Operating the Toll Ambulance Rescue Helicopter Service
In January 2017, NSW Health selected Toll to deliver its mission-critical aeromedical services, reflecting our reputation for safe, reliable helicopter services.
Every year in NSW and ACT, more than 3,000 flights are needed for emergencies such as car accidents, inter-hospital transfers, and search and rescue missions.
We’re proud to be entrusted with these highly valued community services – and in order to meet this demand we operate the largest aeromedical fleet of new purpose-built AW139 helicopters in Australia.
Toll Uncrewed Systems
Toll Uncrewed Systems is a leading Australian uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) flight operations and training provider.
Toll Uncrewed Systems provides turnkey high-end UAS operations and training with the comprehensive Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) delegations and approvals. We operate more than 100 aircraft across multi-rotor, fixed wing and Vertical Take off and Landing Systems (VTOL). An extensive range of payloads and support equipment is in place for a range of operations including surveillance (day and night) and search and rescue.
We offer services to support Government agencies and Defence, and clients in construction, agriculture, emergency response, mining, surveying and a range of other industries. We also deliver remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) training courses to individuals, businesses, industry groups and schools.

Training
We help aspiring pilots take flight with unrivalled CASA certified training and support to obtain their drone pilot licence. Courses are available in Brisbane and Sydney, and include:
- Sub 7kg to Sub 150kg licensing for Multi Rotor, Fixed Wing and VTOL aircraft
- Specialists in VTOL and liquid fuel endorsements
- Advanced UAS systems training
- Bespoke specialist courses
Equipment
Toll Uncrewed Systems owns, operates and retails a selection of drones suitable for all operations, such as the flagship DJI M350 RTK and agricultural drones like the AGRAS T40. We also offer a variety of third-party payloads, LiDAR scanners, floodlights, cameras and sensors.

The Aeromedical Crewing Excellence (ACE) Training Centre offers state of the art facilities and highly realistic mission technology designed for helicopter pilots, aircrew and specialist personnel training.

Utilising mission simulation technology, our training courses ensure that pilots, aircrew and specialist personnel are equipped with high standards of training and knowledge to be prepared for any mission scenario.
Located at Bankstown Airport in New South Wales, the purpose-built building is equipped with the latest technology and training facilities, including:
