FAQs - Graduate Program

  • Am I eligible to apply?

To be eligible for our program, you must have completed a minimum of a bachelor's degree within the last two years prior to our program commencing.

You also need full work rights in the country you are applying, i.e. citizen or permanent resident.

  • Where will I be based?

Toll operates across 25 countries and  for 2023 our graduates will be based in Australia, China and Singapore.  Our sites are generally located in the outer suburbs, predominately in industrial estates - we are not typically CBD based.

We typically have graduates roles in Singapore and Australia available.

  • Why do I need a driving licence and car in Australia?

You will be required to travel to and from your allocated site at various times of the day, and due to the location and operating hours of our sites they are not often reachable via public transport.

  • What hours could I be working?

Logistics is a 24-hour business, which means your working hours will vary depending on the site you’re working at. It’s important as a graduate that you get exposure to our business and how it operates at different times of the day or night.

  • What is the program structure?

Our two-year program consists of up to four rotations across different part of our business within your nominated stream.

  • What areas of the business do graduates rotate across?

Rotations vary across our operations (internationally and domestically) but typically are across our Global Logistics business and functional teams such as HR and Technology. The program is designed to give our graduates an understanding of our core operations and how the business works.

  • What type of role could I do post program?

Our program is focused building our future leadership talent across the organisation. Post program roles will vary based on our business needs, but we always do our best to align your interests with the role types available to ensure the best fit.

  • What are you looking for?
