Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
This role requires specialised skills, registration and qualifications to help provide Toll and their customers with maintenance and logistics support to helicopters, aircraft and support equipment.
This is achieved through the application of documented aircraft maintenance procedures, and your knowledge and skills in relation to aeronautical engineering practices and techniques.
Most of our engineers work under the guidance of either a Senior Base Engineer or Field Engineer, depending on the nature of the tasks, equipment and site.
Roles of this nature can take place in hangars, workshops, remote field locations as well as in office environments.
Operations
Supervisor
These supervisors assist the day-to-day running of business in warehousing, transport and logistics hubs and are typically hands-on type individuals with good leadership ability.
Typically you’ll have an understanding and experience across supervising teams in areas that might include receiving, inventory and despatch, and could be dealing with teams and labour requirements around forklifts and managing warehouse capacity.
They also work with their team to identify innovative or more efficient technologies, methods or processes that may grow opportunities for Toll.
In this role, your success comes from having excellent supervision skills, accountability and a strong focus on the safety of people and the working environment.
Commercial
Manager
A key focus of Commercial Managers is to identify risks within business proposals and communicate mitigation strategies. In this role you’ll act as a business partner to regional managers and GMs in operations management, working closely with our Finance Business Unit.
Duties can include producing budgets and forecasts, developing business cases for investment, restructuring or tailoring of services and products.
You’ll also build financial models, have an understanding of local agreements within your portfolio and contribute to effective client management via your involvement in commercial negotiations.
Most of our Commercial Managers have a finance, business or accounting background and are experienced negotiators.
