To help us attract top talent, we are continuing with the Toll Talent Advocate Program, a bespoke program that inspires our people to celebrate, promote, and showcase their career at Toll on LinkedIn through a united hashtag, #ProudToBeToll.


Who can take part?


It doesn’t matter what your role is, where you’re based, or how long you’ve worked at Toll - all that matters is that you genuinely love working for our organisation and want to help spread the word. Ideal Talent Advocates will already have a LinkedIn profile and use the platform regularly.


Please note: This program is for permanent employees and fixed-term contractors (i.e., anyone with a Toll email address can apply).

How it works


  • To be part of this program, please fill out the application form (see instructions below).
  • The program will begin in March 2023 and run through to October 2023.
  • Selected Talent Advocates will receive formal training, then will be expected to create a minimum of eight posts on LinkedIn across eight months, relating to their experience of working at Toll.
  • There will be regular meetups to give Talent Advocates the opportunity to come together, learn, share ideas and network.
